What is Leaves?

Leaves is a private photo journal app. Snap a few photos, write a few words, and let your year quietly fill itself in — then turn any stretch of it into a hardcover photobook, shipped to your door. The goal is to save the moments you'll want to remember in 5, 10 or 15 years and share them with the people closest to you. It's impossible to share the thousands of photos sitting in our phones — Leaves motivates you to pick just the top moments that are worth remembering.

How is Leaves different from my camera roll or a social app?

Your camera roll remembers everything and means nothing; a feed turns your life into content for other people. Leaves is the opposite — no feeds, no follows, no likes. It's a calm, private place to keep the moments that actually mattered, with the words that go with them.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Leaves is built for you, not an audience. Your memories are yours — there's nothing to post and no one to perform for.

Do I have to journal every day?

Not at all. No streaks, no reminders, no guilt. Save something when a moment feels worth keeping — once a day or once a month. Leaves keeps your timeline in order either way.

How do the hardcover photobooks work?

Pick a range — a month, a year, or a collection — choose a design, and Leaves lays out every page for you automatically. We print it as a hardcover book and ship it to your door. We're working with a shipping partner to offer worldwide delivery. Hardcover books range from 24 to 290 pages, and start at around €17 plus shipping and taxes.

Can I just save or share my memories instead of printing?

Yes. Export stylized JPEGs — complete with title, date, location, and your notes — straight to your camera roll, or share them via AirDrop, Messages, or Mail. Print them yourself or send them anywhere.

What does a photobook design include?

Each design is a complete page-layout system — typography, color palette, and the way photos and words sit together. Choose a style and a palette; every page composes itself.

Is Leaves free, and which devices does it support?

There's a small monthly fee to cover photo-storage costs, plus a charge when you order a printed photobook. Leaves is available on iPhone today, and Android is coming soon.
